Congratulations to Prof. Marek Karliner who has been elected a Foreign Member of the Polish Academy of Arts and Sciences

The Polish Academy of Sciences is Poland's top academy of sciences and a major scientific advisory body. It is responsible for spearheading the development of science by a society of distinguished scholars as well as a network of research institutes.

Prof. Marek Karliner is a full Professor at the School of Physics & Astronomy. His research field is Theoretical Physics of Particles and Fields and is the head of the Mortimer and Raymond Sackler Institute of Advanced Studies.
